The Bespoke Plan
This coaching service is designed for the athlete who likes regular, consistent communication with their coach, a comprehensively detailed plan with regular review and analysis ensuring the athlete is always well on track to achieve their goals.

- Detailed 2 week training plan with full TrainingPeaks Premium account.
- Unlimited email & messaging (WhatsApp etc.) consultation with your coach, guaranteed response within 24-48 hours for detailed questions.
- Annualised Training Plan with suggested racing schedules & events.
- 30 minute review consultation at the end of every 2 weeks.
- Full analysis, review and debrief of all data available (HR, Power, Pace, etc.) with feedback if required.

The VIP Plan
This coaching service is my exclusive coaching option and has limited availability due to the amount of time I commit to every athlete.
The VIP service is designed for the athlete who wants to leave no stone unturned. Unlimited communication with your coach, a thoroughly detailed, comprehensive performance plan with fequent review, analysis and adaptive training sessions to ensure you excel in your goals.
VIP coaching service you will benefit from:
- Initial free 120 minute consultation (phone, Skype or in-person) to review and determine your long term goals, fitness & race history, work and lifestyle schedule for optimum success.
- Detailed training plan with full TrainingPeaks Premium account to analysis power files and is delivered weekly with unlimited changes to adapt to your working and family schedule.
- Unlimited phone, email & messaging (WhatsApp etc.) consultation with me and guaranteed response within 12 hours for complex/detailed questions.
- Multi-year Annualised Training Plan creation with suggested racing schedules & events including coach attendance if required*
- 30 minute review consultation scheduled for each week
- Ongoing detailed analysis, review and debrief of all data available (HR, Power, Pace, etc.)
